What they say:

A 200-year old pub has been saved from closure after Brighton Bier stepped in to take over the building. The brewery have regenerated grade-II listed The Jury's Out and renamed it The Brighton Bierhaus. Located on Edward Street, the pub started life as a regency house before being transformed into a pub in 1830 and was once one of 27 pubs on Edward Street. The building is now one of the only pubs on the street, something Ollie Fisher, the director of of Brighton Bier felt strongly about. 'We just couldn’t see a building with such potential go to waste and a pub with nearly 200-years of heritage be lost', he told reporters.

What we say:

Brighton Bier have an impressive reputation not only in Sussex but across the world with their international award-winning beers, exporting to Europe and Asia. Their latest venture is a little closer to home; the pub is located just over a mile from the brewery, meaning The Brighton Bierhouse serves some seriously fresh brews.
