Things are hotting up in Birmingham. This summer, Victoria Square is playing host to a new pop-up that’s showcasing the finest in food, drink and live entertainment for four whole months.

Summer in the Square is a new outdoor seating space that aims to champion the city’s hospitality sector, which has been put through a number of challenges across the past year. Featuring enough seating for 120 people with social distancing measures, the pop-up has four beach huts for local vendors from around Colmore Row (who will be on a regular rotation) and a bandstand to showcase live music, with a full programme of entertainment that to be confirmed.

Thought it couldn’t get any better? Well, not only is Summer in the Square open 24/7, but it’s completely free to visit. So, next time you’re craving an alfresco bite to eat, you know where to go...

Summer in the Square is now open and will be running every day throughout summer 2021, it can be found at Victoria Square, Birmingham, B1 1BD and is open every day of the week. Looking for more summer events in Birmingham? You'll find them here.
