Setting up shop upon Bennett's Hill, the Bitters 'N' Twisted reign sees no end as they open their ninth venue in the city. Sailing Stateside for venue inspiration, Bitters continue their varied mix of themes as an American diner motif comes calling. From raw woodwork and rustic innards, to a plethora of patties, gourmet hot dogs and lashings of Bourbon, Buffalo & Rye is the stylised diner that Birmingham's been craving.
