Ready for something lush to hit the city? It's time to elevate your dining game - quite literally. Housed inside 103 Colmore Row (AKA: the tallest building in Birmingham), Orelle is a real sky-high stunner. The new French rooftop is brought to you by restaurant group D&D London - the same folks behind 20 Stories in Manchester, Angelica in Leeds, and Quaglino's in Central London.

Head to the 24th floor and feast your eyes on gorgeous interiors, oozing with glitz and glam, from the leather banquettes to floor-to-ceiling panoramic views and marble bar. Along with sleek décor, it should come as no surprise that the food and drink menu is equally as dreamy - we mean fried oysters and torched mackerel escabeche, alongside signature cocktails and wine. For something sweet, we recommend the Banana Parfait which exudes white miso, salted caramel and macadamia nut flavours.

Want to explore other swish parts of the building? There are special lifts that will bring you straight down to a ground-floor cocktail bar if you fancy a tipple or make your way to the 18th-floor terrace and business lounge for something a little more exclusive.
