Calling all feasting fanatics and meat-loving merrymakers. Hosted by our beloved landlord Mat and local gamekeeper Chris Sole (a true master of the hunt), we’re throwing a Medieval Game Banquet worthy of King Henry VIII himself.
You know our Surrey pub is spot on for a Sunday roast — but this? This is a whole new level of legendary. We’ll be dressing our private room in a royally good way. You'll kick things off with a live butchery masterclass (expect sharp knives, skilled hands, and maybe a few oohs and ahhs). You can even buy your own meat to take home.
Next, dive into hearty, medieval-inspired dishes (think pheasant, venison, pigeon — the works). Of course, Mat’s handpicked a bold South African wine to pair perfectly with your meaty main.
