The Dakota Grill is opening its doors and offering guests a menu of simple, seasonal signature dishes from the Dakota Manchester boutique hotel. With dark and decadent interiors, the 120-seat restaurant will be housed just a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station, perfect for business meetings and dining.
The food offerings from Head Chef Sam Karle will feature brasserie-style delicacies such as lemon sole with brown shrimp, capers and samphire and pork belly with soft-shell crab, girolles, celeriac and broad beans. Steaks also take centre stage, with perfectly seasoned 35 day-aged chargrilled prime cuts up for grabs.
That’s not all though, as guests can choose to either snuggle up in plush leather booths or take a seat at the bar, where they’ll be able to sip on a premium cocktail menu. There’s also the luxurious outdoor terrace, aka the Cigar Garden, featuring a selection of handpicked Cuban cigars, and an exclusive Champagne Room for VIPs looking to splash the cash.
