What they say:

Having worked at Quaglino's and luxury resorts in the Seychelles and Cambodia, Neil Wager is opening up his own spot in St Katharine Dock. Dokke is named after the Norwegian 'to dock' and focuses on Asian fusion food which uses British produce including ingredients from spots such as Borough and Smithfields market. Opening at 7.30am on weekdays, things kick off with healthy breakfasts and artisan coffee before moving on to deli-style lunches and larger plates at dinner.

What we say:

Just in time for summer, Dokke is opening in St Katharine Dock with an outdoor terrace, an open kitchen and options to sit at the chef's table. Run by a former 'luxury private island specialist', the restaurant will combine healthy and full of flavour as Neil Wager takes inspiration from around the world. Start your morning off with Khmer-style rice porridge, while dinner is full of plates such as pork belly, chocolate miso, and smoked apple as well as a ceviche made with mackerel, salmon, seabass and aji rocoto spicy sauce.
