What they say:

Pisqu is vowing to introduce a “Peruvian melting pot” of flavours to Fitzrovia’s eating out scene, with head chef William Ortiz presiding over a menu showcasing influences from Japan, Spain, Chile and the capital city of Lima itself. A colourful and vibrant menu of superfoods will help guests to experience the “mouth-watering flavours of modern-day Lima”, with a 12-seater cocktail bar for intimate catch-ups over a couple of Pisco Sours and two stunning vaults for private dining.

What we say:

Promising cuisine that is healthy and brimming with natural superfood ingredients, Pisqu looks set to add to the string of tasty South American restaurants already making a name for themselves in London. Set on a corner-plot in the heart of the West End, fans of Peruvian cuisine can look forward to sampling a hearty array of signature dishes like Hot Ceviche, Chicharron and Lomo a la Parrilla.
