A Stoke Newington favourite for many years, The Good Egg has now landed in Camden... armed with a menu of Middle Eastern brunch dishes.

Nestled within the famous Camden Stables Market, this latest location offers a calming respite from the bustle of it all, with pale pink and blue interiors along with a terrace for those warmer days.

Our favourites on the menu? It's hard to pin down a few. The harissa bloody mary is up there, along with the tahini hot chocolate for those of you after something booze-free. We loved the za’atar fried chicken (you can have this with chilli honey, alongside challah, or on top of fried egg cornbread), plus the Babka French toast which arrived perfectly chunky and smothered in labneh, blackberry and bay syrup with smatterings of honeycomb. If only we'd had room for dessert... the hot knafeh is a must.
