Making their own rules when it comes to toppings, The Stable are about using local produce to make new, fresh flavours to their sourdough, which all comes washed down by their 60+ different varieties of cider.
What we say:
It's always refreshing, and a welcome change, to see a homegrown concept break into the London market from the outside. Yes we host some of the most incredible eateries in the country, but there's something to be said for a vision captured in our countryside with a foothold in other cities that makes for a more exciting addition to the London restaurant scene. The Stable is the epitome of this and we're happy to see them hit Whitechapel armed with a penchant for gourmet pizzas, pies and craft cider.
