What they say:
First opening in Soho, temper sprung up little more than a year ago, and now a third one is set to come to London. temper Covent Garden is the latest venture for Neil Rankin and will feature the same components which made the first two so popular, including the open fire pit and ethically sourced meat. The Covent Garden spot will change the dishes it serves, with a choice of cured-meat-topped pizzas and ragus made from game, goat or pork.
What we say:
It hasn't taken long for temper to establish a loyal following across London and the Covent Garden venue should be just as popular. Whereas the first two focused on tacos and curry, the third restaurant is turning to pizza, ragu and vermouth. It will also be the only temper to serve breakfast, with a choice of croissants and home-cured bacon and sausages.
