After more than five years away, acclaimed chef Tom Aikens is back on London’s fine dining scene with his newest culinary delight, Muse, set to open this December in Belgravia. Described by the two Michelin star chef as a ‘gastronomic autobiography’, the intimate restaurant will offer guests a choice of two experience-led tasting menus, with dishes drawing on poignant moments and pivotal relationships in Tom’s life, including his Norfolk childhood and various mentors throughout his professional career.

Housed within a characterful mews house, the boutique 25-seater has been designed by Rebecca Korner and will feature an open-plan theatre kitchen, a mixture of table and counter seating, as well as rich wood and jewel-toned marble.
