Known for his popular Bethnal Green-based supper club, Gabriel Waterhouse is the former Galvin La Chapelle chef bringing mouthwatering menus to East London. Starting out as a food-fuelled pop-up, The Water House Project is now a fully-fledged restaurant just minutes from Cambridge Heath.

Waterhouse describes his concept as 'a social fine dining experience' and continues to cook some of the pop-up's much-loved dishes. The tasting menu changes monthly, with a whopping 9 courses inspired by local British produce and 6 paired wines to wash it all down. From pheasant doughnuts and beautifully-presented Jerusalem artichoke through to whiskey-soaked meringue for dessert, this is looking like a tasty one.
