Cult pop-up burger joint Black Bear Burger have announced their first permanent site in Brixton Village. Opening this autumn, the casual dining restaurant will champion high-quality grass-fed beef dishes inspired by the founders’ time in Canada.

Of course, there’s gonna be plenty of poutine to go around, alongside chicken wings nuggets and more. Black Bear Burger will also be expanding the menu from their sites in BoxPark and Giant Robot, adding experimental chicken and vegan burgers, brisket spring rolls and smoked BBQ specials to accommodate for a broader range of guests at their new home.

And to wash it down? Booze, and a healthy amount of it too. For the first time, the restaurant will be offering a list of cocktails and jugs of beer, with signature ‘shot skis’ taking centre stage. Add all these elements together and you’re pretty much guaranteed a buzzing vibe befitting its central Brixton location.
