It's the moment you've been waiting for.... The chance to create your very own gin! In front of you, you will have distillates from Plymouth's 7 Botanicals. The challenge is to mix a gin that is as close to Plymouth Gin as possible. Top Tip: Look out for the cardamom!! Once you've created your gin, you'll name it, bottle it, and present it to your Plymouth host. After the gins have all been judged, this is your very own bottle to take home. - Plymouth Gin and Fevertree Aromatic Tonic on arrival. - Guests settle into the lab station, put on their lab coats and goggles. - Annie Ingram guides you through nosing the botanicals, and the process of creating your own gin. - Gins are judged, and medals awarded.
