Join us on 17th September for a very special Charity Quiz Night as we celebrate Young’s 195th birthday!
This is a one-off quiz, separate from our usual weekly quiz, with all proceeds going to Wooden Spoon, supporting The Clink Charity and the incredible work it does locally to help young people build their lives.
Expect a fun-filled evening packed with entertaining and varied quiz rounds, plenty of laughs, and a few surprises along the way. Whether you’re a regular quiz champion or simply looking for a fun night out, everyone is welcome.
Gather your friends, family or colleagues, put your general knowledge to the test and see if you can claim quiz glory – all while helping us raise money for a fantastic cause.
So come and celebrate 195 years of the pub, enjoy some great company, have a laugh, and support a brilliant charity.

5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
