For one night only, Modelo is bringing 100 years of brewing heritage to Aragon House. Enjoy a specially curated menu by Head Chef Ricky, thoughtfully paired with Modelo's golden, refreshing lager, brewed with fire-roasted malts for a distinctive depth of flavour.
The menu will showcase the very best of fresh British ingredients, infused with traditional Mexican influences, featuring dishes including roast corn velouté with white crab, torched mackerel, and aged sirloin on the bone.
Alongside each course, guests can enjoy Modelo and a selection of signature cocktails crafted by our bar team, including the floral Tequila La Flor and the vibrant Mezcal Verde.
As the evening draws to a close in the garden, guests can move into our cocktail bar, The Green Room, where our bar team will continue serving ice-cold Modelo, tequila, and artisanal single-village mezcals, creating the perfect finish to an unforgettable evening.
