If you have ever been to our Quiz Nights here on Wednesdays, you will be familiar with our Comedic host Matt Blair. Matt will be taking us to hysterical heights, as he hosts our brand new Comedy Club!

Opening Act: Rachel Creeger
Rachel Creeger is a multi award-winning stand up comedian, writer and director, and the only practising orthodox Jewish woman on the mainstream UK comedy circuit. She is co-host of chat show podcast "Jew Talkin' To Me?" and resident MC for "Comedy Upstairs at the Adam & Eve”, a long established new material night for professional comics. Rachel is a regular guest on BBC London Radio, casting a comedic eye on interesting news stories. She was a script associate on BBC Radio 4 comedy sketch show 2525 and has been featured on BBC Radio 4, BBC Radio 2, BBC 3CR, Radio Essex and Salford City Radio as well as BBC Ouch! and many other popular podcasts such as Drunk Women Solving Crime and Worst Foot Forward.
Her debut hour "It's No Job For A Nice Jewish Girl" won the Best Comedy Award at the Greater Manchester Fringe in 2017, sold out its run at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe where it was a Fringe Review recommended show, and went on to have a critically acclaimed, successful international tour. Her second solo hour "Hinayni!" ran at the Underbelly for Edinburgh Fringe 2019 and also received 5* and 4* reviews. The show was meant to tour the UK in 2020 and her new show "Pray It Forward" was set to debut in Edinburgh, but we all know what happened!
Headliner: Mitch Benn
Mitch Benn is a comedian, author, satirical songwriter, musician and actor and is widely acknowledged as one of the best writers / performers of comedy songs in the UK. He is perhaps best known as the resident comic songwriter on BBC Radio 4's The Now Show from 1996 to 2016.
Mitch has a large online following and his recent comedy songs, such as F*ck All and Moving to Scotland, have amassed more than a million views.
Mitch began his comedy career in Edinburgh in the mid-1990s, before moving to London and becoming one of the most in-demand comedians on the UK comedy circuit. He has released many albums of comedy songs and has performed all over the world, including South Africa, Singapore, China and any European nations.
In addition to his work on The Now Show, Mitch has presented several series of his own show on BBC radio, and his TV credits include Live At Jongleurs (ITV), Watchdog (BBC), and The Comedy Store (5).
Mitch's acting credits include Merlin (BBC1) and in 2013 he took over the role of Zaphod Beeblebrox for the live stage show tour of The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy. His voice acting credits include Neil Gaiman's Good Omens TV Series and The Sandman audiobooks.
Mitch has also appeared on 'celebrity' editions of several TV quiz shows, including winning Celebrity Mastermind in 2016.
Mitch is a weekly columnist for The New European newspaper and has written three Science Fiction novels - Terra, Terra's World and Terra's War.
