The Lucky & Joy pop-up brings its authentic Chinese recipes and flavours to Tottenham this March

Lucky & JOy

The dishes served at Lucky & Joy will touch the furthest corners of China and will feature recipes that go back centuries.

Offering up their own unique take on regional Chinese cuisine, the Lucky & Joy pop-up was created by Pete Kelly (of Night Tales) and Ellen Parr (of the Art Of Dining). Arriving in Tottenham this March, the pair will be serving traditional recipes, inventive dishes and themed cocktails to North London's crowds.

The aim of the pop-up is to showcase dishes inspired by a number of regions across the huge nation of China. Featuring spiced kebab and braised stew dishes from the Muslim region of the North-West and large, tongue-numbing plates from the Sichuan area, the menu will touch the furthest corners of the country. The chefs behind this pop-up will be using a range of fresh ingredients and authentic herbs to create every dish, showcasing the nation's diversity and rich culinary history.

As with China's sharing-is-caring policy when it comes to eating, this foodie pop-up also totes a commitment to social dining - the idea of sharing racks of lambs and fighting over the last dumpling amongst your nearest and dearest. Completing the experience, the bar will be serving Sake by the can, Chinese beers and a handful of fine wines. Better still, the mixologists will be armed with a pantry full of Asian spices and fruits, using their years of experience to create a line-up of innovative, Pan-Asian cocktails.

Lucky & Joy will take over Craving Coffee on Markfield Road, Tottenham, N15 4QQ. Guests can head down on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays throughout March, between 6 - 10:30 PM.
