Josephine: Keep Your Eyes Peeled For London’s Newest Restaurant Opening

Opens: End January 2024

Christmas is great and all but when it comes to new openings, London is the gift that keeps on giving. A shiny new French bistro from Michelin-starred Claude Bosi is being unwrapped at the end of January and it will pay homage to his hometown, Lyon. Seeing as the bed bugs are still a bit of an issue for France, a trip to London’s Fulham Road is a great alternative to a culinary adventure sans the hefty airline or Eurostar price tag.
