Retroglow x One Hundred Shoreditch for a workout + brunch experience.
Join us for a retro workout in our epic 100 Room, with it's panoramic views of London and pink 'Miami style' decor.
Each week will be a different exercise style.
Then after class, we'll take to the Ante Room with it's own outdoor terrace for either a bottomless or regular brunch in style.
About the classes:
Sun 28th Jan @ 11am - 80s Beach Barre
80s Beach Barre is a feel good floor-barre & body conditioning class, chocka-full of retro magic. Forget the rain & drizzle, this class will transport you straight to the
beach as we bring the ultimate summer tunes & vibes. The teacher will lead you through an isometric floor-barre series, interspersed with core strength exercises & targeted ab work.
You will feel the sun burrrrrrn in this one, but the feel-good retro tunes will help you forget that you are even working out!
Your ticket will include:
-55 minute class
-Brunch feasting menu
Running times:
11am – Class starts in the One Hundred Room at One Hundred Shoreditch Hotel
12.00pm – Class ends; guests will move to the Ante Room the space just outside the glass-walled room with its own bit of outdoor terrace for brunch.
About brunch:
Enjoy brunch favourites such as our Breakfast Burrito, Shrimp Burger, and Fried Chicken Bagel and take in panoramic views from the outdoor terrace. For those who prefer something a little sweeter, our French Toast and Nutella Sando are a must-try!
Amp up your brunch experience with bottomless Prosecco or Bloody Marys.

2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
