Eurostar's New Partnership With European Sleeper Makes It Easy To Book Overnight Travel

Two Eurostar trains inside a London train station.

Eurostar's new booking partnership makes overnight travel seamless.

Eurostar has been making headlines with plans for new routes, including a direct train to Switzerland and Belgium. Now, there’s another reason to get excited about rail travel, as a new booking partnership makes it easier to travel from London to Europe on a sleeper train.

Everything You Need To Know About Eurostar's Sleeper Train Partnership

What Is The New Eurostar Partnership?

Night train operator European Sleeper has teamed up with Choo-Choo, a platform specialising in international train connections, to let you book Eurostar tickets and connecting sleeper trains in one smooth go.

Previously, you would have had to book the parts of your journey separately. Now, you can add a Eurostar ticket between London and Brussels directly.

What Cities Can You Travel To With Eurostar's Sleeper Train Partnership?

With a connecting train in Brussels, you can travel from London to destinations including:

  • Berlin
  • Prague
  • Milan
  • Lake Como
  • Dresden
  • Hamburg

One thing to keep in mind is that connections aren't guaranteed. If there’s a delay and you miss your next train, replacement tickets aren't automatically provided, so you may be left to cover that cost yourself.

How Do You Book Overnight Trains?

Head to the European Sleeper website and search for your journey. You can then add a Eurostar ticket to or from London as part of the booking process.

For now, this new booking option covers connections via Brussels. European Sleeper says it plans to expand the service to more cities in the future, so fingers crossed you'll be able to book from Paris or Amsterdam in the future.

How Much Are Overnight Tickets With Eurostar?

The first leg of the journey, London to Brussels, starts at around £50. The second leg on the sleeper train starts around £40. Prices will vary depending on the time of year and journey.
