Oktoberfest goes vegan at this Bavarian blow-out.

A Bavarian beer festival is coming and it's going to be serving up vegan beers, wines and plant-based street food in honour of Oktoberfest. Vegtoberfest will be located at the suitably named FEST Camden. Herbivores out there can relax on the roof garden or head inside to the main room, which will be transformed in to a traditional bier halle featuring live music, comedy acts and a Bavarian Oompah band.

Inspired by the Munich-based festival, the food and drink will pay homage to traditional German offerings; with a brat grill serving up vegan bratwurst and sausages with all the classic trimmings. If that doesn't float your boat, you can tuck in to vegan pizzas from the wood-fired oven, alongside local brands and iconic meat-free street food traders. Vegan drinks will come in the form of Bavarian beers, craft ales, wines, hot toddies and classic cocktails.

Vegtoberfest takes place on Saturday 6th October from 12pm to 10pm at FEST Camden, Camden Stables Market, London, NW1 8AH.
