You’ll find the 55-seater The Vault in the basement, dishing up sumptuous cocktails like the Di Barrel, Blue Moon and Tutti Frutti as well as a plethora of the classics. There’s cheese boards to soak it all up, and the usual comprehensive range of hand-picked bottles to buy.
