On Friday 27th February, we are inviting you to put down your phone, step away from the screen, and join us at No.3 Rooftop for an evening that prioritises biology over technology.
Five Senses Dining
We’ve partnered with the mentors at Five Senses to curate an evening designed to help you communicate better, reduce conflict, and strengthen your relationships by tapping into the ancient wisdom of your own body. Through inspirational talks and a meticulously crafted sensory menu, we’ll explore how to be "more human" in an increasingly artificial world.
Set against the backdrop of the London skyline, this is more than just a dinner; it’s an exploration of the self.
A Menu to Challenge Your Perception
Executive Chef Liam Walsh has designed a five-course journey that moves through the senses, paired with an award-winning selection of wines curated by our sommelier, Christina.

Touch | The "Candle": Your journey begins as the lights dim. Beef dripping candles are lit on arrival; as the fat melts into the tray, you’ll use sourdough focaccia to soak up the warmth, reconnecting with the tactile joy of breaking bread.

Sight | The Oyster "Without the Oyster": Don a blindfold and let your other senses lead. You’ll be served a smoked almond panna with kombu and cucumber gel inside an oyster shell. It tastes of the sea, yet the shell hides a secret.

Smell | "Coffee": Prepare for an olfactory shift with a Porcini cappuccino and black truffle espuma, poured tableside to release earthy, deep aromas that linger long after the first sip.

Sound | "Low Tide": Put on your headphones and transport yourself to the coast. While listening to the rhythmic swell of the tide and the cry of gulls, you’ll enjoy razor clams, cockles, and brown shrimp served on a bed of seaweed.

Taste | "Swavory": We conclude with a play on the palate. A bone marrow brûlée set inside a marrow ring, balanced with the sharp sweetness of cherry sorbet and a cocoa nib crumb.
