Hoxton is about to get an injection of culinary genius, as Masterchef finalist and restaurateur Adam Handling relocates his critically-acclaimed The Frog to Hoxton Square. The venue will be his biggest yet, also housing concept bar Iron Stag. Handling has recruited the likes of Rich Woods and Matt Whiley to enhance the distinctive drinks menus. You may know Woods from cocktail and spirit development at the iconic Duck & Waffle, and Whiley from curating menus across notable bars like Peg + Patriot, Worship Street Whistling Shop and Scout. There will be a focus on whisky; from aged, to casked, and even whisky soda on tap. You can also expect kegged cocktails, a creative beer programme and complementing bar snacks.
