The new owners of the property are the experts behind the cocktail consultants Salts of the Earth, and they're out to give it a fresh lease of life. Punters can expect exciting cocktails in abundance and a great atmosphere to come as standard.

Shrub and Shutter's late license should attract a cool and lively crowd, injecting a further dose of excitement into a rejuvenated Brixton. The cocktails should be top notch given the Salts of the Earth guys have experience working with Drake and Morgan, of The Folly and The Fable. Furthermore, with help on the food side coming from expert chefs, the pairing between drinks and food should be perfect and should make for some interesting concoctions and a memorable experience.
