An interactive American-Italian smokehouse is coming to get a pizza the action at Liverpool ONE. Smoke and Dough will not only serve an eclectic range of sourdough pizzas, but provide a one-of-a-kind experience with every table housing a small lava coal pit, allowing customers to grill goodies to their personal taste.
Founded by Chef Deepak Bahuguna and Sachin Bajpai, the venue will also double-up as a late-night bar with an outdoor terrace overlooking Chavasse Park. The menu will include a number of meats and fish to grill at the table, a selection of flatbreads and burgers, and a range of expertly-created pizzas including crispy duck and chicken tikka.
Smoke and Dough join a number of new openings in the area, including Aether by The Alchemist, Thaikhun’s bar concept and The Club House, suggesting it’s quickly becoming one of the city’s most in-demand places to meat and eat this spring.
