Co-founder of Sager + Wilde, Charlotte Wilde has taken on Darling as a brand new project, which she hopes will become both creative hub and amazing wine bar. During the day, the space will be dedicated to renting out private rooms for co-working, photoshoots and pop-ups. During the evening, the bar will have a vast selection of over 80 delicious wines, ready-made cocktails, and a small seasonal, a la carte menu chef'd by Dandy restaurant owner, Dan Wilson. 

The space, taking over where Shanghai restaurant once sat, is keeping the venue's Art Nouveau stained glass charm. Both traditional and natural wine will be offered at an affordable price, making it an ideal setting for everyone in the area. To get acquainted with the surrounding community, Darling will be offering local discounts.
