What they say:

It's not every day that you see a bird, a tree, a bell and a fish mingling together, except for when admiring Glasgow's coat of arms. The city's latest foodie exploit is going all the way back to this 19th century emblem and restoring some good old fashioned tradition into their culinary offering. With the promise that 'every dish tells a story', what will your dish say?

What we say:

Scotts do love a good scran and anywhere that promises a spread of traditional Scottish food is bound to be a success.  And so this new restaurant venture comes to the city as Birdtree & Bellfish embodies all traditional Scottish feeds under a classically 50s interior with a bit of a contemporary upgrade.
