Situated in a beaut heritage building on the ever-bustling George Street, the watering hole will boast the group’s iconic vintage fairground decor. Think carousel horses, colourful stained glass windows, retro wallpaper and dark wooden accents. Here, you can perfect your aim by trying to hit the bullseye, with live DJs thumping out top-notch tunes come the weekend.

If you’re hungry? There’ll be plenty to sink your teeth into, from juicy burgers and wraps to sharing platters and the famed sourdough pizza paddles (these will even come bottomless and paired with a bottle of bubbly during Brunch Socials).
