What they say:

The spirit of Buenos Aires is coming to Glasgow as CAU open their first steakhouse in Scotland at CONNECT11ONS in Queen Street. The restaurant will cover 2,650 sq ft on the ground floor and 1,400 sq ft on the feature mezzanine. Here, expect a menu inspired by Spanish and Italian cooking, featuring the finest cuts of Argentinian beef. Steaks will be served up alongside a selection of salads, small plates and an extensive list of wines (particularly in the red department.)

What we say:

Originally established in Amsterdam, steakhouse chain CAU have taken the UK by storm over recent years - opening 14 restaurants in the space of just 4 years. In their latest expansion, they've ventured all the way up to Glasgow - their first posting in Scotland. Weegies can find this swanky new steakhouse in the equally ritzy CONNECT110NS - a new building complex in the city centre. Here, expect a mouthwatering menu that features steaks of every cut alongside big beefy burgers. And to complement these drool-worthy dishes, there's an extensive wine list that places a particular focus on reds - boasting some exquisite bottles of Malbec. Yes please (to ALL of the above)!
