A fast-fired pizzeria and cocktail bar has opened in The Libertis, bringing Romano-style crispy pizzas and an entire wall of marvellous on-tap concoctions with it.

Proof boasts fresh, white interiors with stylish gold accents and floral decor, making it a seriously slick joint for grabbing lunch or dinner and sipping cocktails. Draft mixes include Aperol spritz, old fashioned, G&T, negroni, espresso martini, a Hugo and French 75 to be enjoyed while munching on mouthwatering, freshly baked pizzas. Diners can choose between classic toppings or some of the kitchen's signature slices, such as chicken and spinach and vegan grilled veggie. Tossed salads are also available for those looking for a lighter bite.
