Hyde, a four-storey multi-bar and restaurant destination, has landed in Dublin city centre. Here, you can step into a unique and modern space, which is serving a collection of Asian-inspired eats crafted by award-winning chef Karl Whelan.

Sip and snack in the gorgeous daytime cafe bar, where you can share small plates surrounded by greenery climbing the walls and hanging from the ceiling. Desire drinks and dinner? This place has got you covered with its heated indoor-outdoor terrace which is ideal for tucking into a yakitori plate and enjoying a cocktail with views of the city centre, before heading downstairs for the fully fledged food offering.

You've gotta get to Gekko, the main venue within Hyde which serves modern Asian dishes. Start with bloody mary oysters. Then tuck into the extensive menu featuring the likes of Iberico pork with shiso and puffed rice, alongside BBQ beef sirloin with black bean butter.
