There’s always time for a cocktail, and there’s even more time when they’re bottomless. So it seems like a pretty brilliant idea that the clever team at Cleaver East have decided to offer free-flowing cocktails to guests every Friday and Saturday with their supper.
The restaurant, headed up by Michelin-starred Chef Oliver Dunne, lies within the Clarence Hotel and will be offering guests two courses of dining with their bottomless booze for €40. So while you're munching away at steamed chicken and duck dumplings, beef rib-eyes and duck sliders, you'll also get to guzzle all the cocktails, wine and craft brews you desire.
Cleaver East is located 6-8 East Essex Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2. The offer runs on Friday and Saturday evenings and occasional bank holiday Sundays from 9:30pm and costs €40 pp.
