One of Brighton’s favourite bars is about to open a sister site. Twisted Lime is a hot new cocktail joint from the minds behind the award-winning Twisted Lemon, perfectly perched a stone's throw from the beach on Middle Street. 

What’s to be expected? According to the bar, the same high standards, passion for mixing, and street as its predecessor, but with its own twist. The shiny new venue has yet to reveal its opening date (current Tier 2 restrictions stopped them from launching on the 3rd December), but they have teased some pretty gorgeous hot pink and yellow hand-painted murals suggesting a tropical theme indoors. 

If its sibling is anything to go by, Twisted Lime will most likely showcase punchy fruit creations. We’re thinking classics such as caipirinhas, mojitos and Singapore slings with a few surprises alongside them…
