Taking residency opposite the canal, Noel’s Bar and Restaurant will combine traditional flavours of the Mediterranean with chic, exotic cocktails. The 90-cover restaurant promises a unique dining experience complete with waterside views from its floor-to-ceiling windows, a long marble bar and a large statement light feature, to give guests a feast for the eyes.

Offering authentic cuisine inspired by home cooking in the Mediterranean, the menu at Noel’s will utilise fresh ingredients, hand-picked meats and artisan pasta, handmade every morning. This will all be served from the open kitchen with a charcoal grill as its centrepiece. A selection of innovative cocktails will be available to wash it all down with, which Noel's claim will rival the city’s finest establishments.
