It wouldn't be Christmas without warming drinks and cosy winter huts, right? You’re just in the St Nick of time for an epic wonderland experience, Gingerbread Christmas Bar. Located outside the bustling Bullring shopping centre on its spacious balcony, Birmingham’s cosiest pop-up is ideal after a long day of Christmas shopping or a few drinks with pals. There will be live singers every Friday and Saturday, plus you can even book a karaoke VIP hut if you fancy a bit of a singalong.
On the menu, you can expect all kinds of delicious drinks, such as the Gingerbread Sour, Spiced Ginger and Festive Christmas Punch, not to mention hot chocolates with Baileys and Tia Maria. For those who get peckish, you can also grab some grub from the nearby stalls - think everything from carvery rolls and loaded fries to churros, pancakes and more.
Gingerbread Christmas Bar is open daily from 10am to 9pm until the 1st January 2026. It can be found at Bullring, Moor Street, Birmingham B5 4BU.
