We're with you guys, a shopping centre may not be the first place we'd go to look for dinner and drinks in Birmingham, but give us a chance, we think you'll like this one. Most likely to be best for upmarket punters and post work drinkers, Searcys have not only brought this balcony bar and brasserie into the 21st century, they've made it look really rather pretty too. It's about time that Birmingham boasted more luxurious brasseries and champagne hideaways; And what with Gordon Ramsay's right hand man at the foodie helm? This could be an undiscovered corker in the city.
