You Can Sail Across A Giant Rum Lagoon At This Immersive Pirate Adventure

Set sail this autumn with Captain Morgan himself.

Rum brand Captain Morgan is making waves in the city centre this autumn. Having built an entire underground lake, they've enlisted the help of the man himself in recruiting buccaneers for an immersive cocktail-making adventure.

Valiant explorers will board noble vessels (paddle boats) and stretch their sea legs by stopping off at islands to find clues. Using these and the rum-based rations they discover along the way, the drunken sailors will follow the recipe they build, all the way up to the hidden bounty. This tropical island lair promises to be a pirate’s party palace with tiki decor and sumptuous food offerings as a reward.

Originally launched as a concept in London, the experience will be double the size, and double the fun, of its predecessor in the capital.

Arr you too keen to wait? Luckily enough, a long-lost shipwreck will be washed ashore in the city centre to give you a taste of what to expect, with mini treasure hunts and booty to be won.

The Lost Lagoon will be setting sail in 2020, with voyages departing from Birmingham New Street Station: 1 Queens Drive, Bullring & Grand Central, Birmingham, B5 4PJ.
