Inspired by the flavours of South Africa, Bbar's menu pays homage to the Rainbow Nation with signature classics given a modern, international twist, from Beef Biltong to Bobotie Spring Rolls. It's a more international affair, but one that carries on the theme of escaping to sunnier climes.
