Inamo - How to Roll Your Own Dragon – Sushi Class & Bottomless Brunch
Inamo’s head sushi chef will be revealing a closely guarded secret to a select few of our guests…. how to roll your own Dragon! Inamo’s signature dish is the stunning Dragon Roll sushi - crunchy tempura shrimp, creamy avocado and a touch of mayo, and all in the form of a cute Dragon. It’s a firm favourite amongst diners at inamo, and now is your chance to learn how to make it yourself, guided by our sushi experts.
Duration of the class will be circa 45 minutes, and guests will also learn how to make a second roll specially created for the class. Our Red Dragon Roll which is the vegan sibling to our Dragon Roll will be available for our vegetarian & vegan guests.
Following the class you will move to our dining room to feast for one & a half hours on unlimited Asian tapas & sushi dishes from a superb selection of 30, alongside your choice of free-flowing wine, beer, or bubbles, sample menu below. Classes to be held at inamo Soho, 134-136 Wardour St, W1F 8ZP, starting promptly at 11.30am (please arrive by 11.15am) typically on Saturdays and at least 3 times monthly, though subject to demand may also be held on Sundays, and at inamo Covent Garden 11-14 Hanover Place, WC2E 9JP.

Korean Wings - Chicken wings, glazed in tangy Korean BBQ sauce.
Sichuan Chicken - Hot & spicy chicken with chilli garlic sauce, ginger, onion and peppers.
Spicy Aubergine (V) (Ve) - Aubergine with spring onion in Thai sweet chilli sauce. (Vegan)
Octopus Takoyaki - Octopus in creamy sauce, wrapped in batter and drizzled with teriyaki. 2 pieces.
Yuzu Pork Belly - Pork belly drizzled with a more-ish yuzu dressing.
Vegetable Gyoza (V) (Ve) - Mixed vegetables in spinach wrapper, served with dipping sauce. 4 pieces. (Vegan)
Chicken Satay - Succulent chicken skewers served with chunky peanut satay sauce. 3 skewers.
Bang Bang Caulifower (V) - Cauliflower florets tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce.
Korean baby back Ribs - 1/2 rack of tender pork ribs smothered in a more-ish BBQ sauce.
Som Tam Salad (V) (Ve) - Papaya, mango, sugar snaps, beansprouts, & fine beans in a hot & sour vegetarian Thai dressing. (Vegan)
Chicken & Vegetable Dumpling - Round dumpling filled with chicken, & mixed vegetables, served with dipping sauce. 4 pieces.
Flamed Edamame (V) (Ve) - Edamame flambéed in sake. (Vegan)
Beef Tataki - Seared bavette rare steak with ponzu and yuzu miso truffle sauce.
Shishito Peppers (V) - Scorched shishito peppers with olive oil and sea salt. (Vegan)
Sweet and Sour Chicken - inamo's take on a classic Chinese dish.
Vegetarian Buddha's Way Roll (V) (Ve) – Sweet mango and beetroot wrapped in inari. (Vegan)
Red Dragon Roll (V) – Red peppers, crunchy cucumber and smooth avocado. The vegetarian sibling to our Dragon Roll. (Vegan)
Strawberry Sushi with Beetroot Mayo (V) – Mango, beetroot, and little gem roll, topped with cream cheese and a slice of strawberry.
Spicy Tuna Gunkan – Tangy tuna, sesame, and pea shoots, served with sriracha.
Pretty in Pink Vegetarian Sushi (V) (Ve) – Asparagus, cucumber, broccoli, and carrot rolled in a playful pink wrapper. (Vegan)
Spicy Salmon Gunkan – Spicy salmon, sesame, and togarashi, served with kenko mayo sriracha.
Buddha's Way Roll – Salmon and tuna mixed with sriracha and wrapped in inari.
Salmon Tataki with Lime Marmalade – Scottish salmon, topped with ponzu dressing, and tart lime marmalade.
Vegetable Singapore Noodles (V) – Our vegetarian take on this classic South-East Asian dish.
Tofu Ho Fu (V) – Tofu, aubergine, and wide ho fun noodles in a more-ish sauce.
Five Spice Fries (V) - Thick cut fries coated in inamo's secret five spice mix with a wasabi mayo dip.
Prawn Crackers – Crispy prawn crackers, with a sweet chilli dipping sauce.
Rice (V)(Ve) – Steamed rice. (Vegan)
Miso Soup – Traditional Japanese soup with spring onion, seaweed and tofu.
Vegetarian Miso Soup (V) - A vegetarian version of the traditional Japanese soup with spring onion, seaweed & tofu. (Vegan)
How to redeem
To book please contact our Events Team via email on firstname.lastname@example.org stating your preferred date and time of booking, and providing details of your gift voucher.
This voucher can be redeemed once only.
- Classes take place on fixed dates each month. Currently available dates can be viewed here:
Classes start promptly at 11.30am, please arrive by 11.15am.
All dates are subject to availability.
- Voucher must be redeemed in advance of booking.
- Voucher is only valid for the experience listed above.
- This voucher can not be exchanged for cash.
- The voucher can only be redeemed once.
- The voucher will not be redeemed after the expiry date.
- Alcohol will only be served to guests over 18 with valid 18.
Subject to availability and opening times. Dishes from a set menu & subject to change. Includes VAT, excludes service charge. Food & alcohol served for 1.5 hours. Guests may only order three dishes per person at a time. Subsequent orders will be processed only when 75% of the food served has been eaten. Orders will be processed at the manager’s discretion. You may order as many dishes as you like to be consumed within the 1.5 hour time at the table, but only three per person at a time. Last orders will be taken 75 minutes into the dining time. No-shows will not be rebooked and vouchers will remain redeemed and not reusable • In the event of any closure due to Covid 19 by UK Government we will allow rebookings but will not refund any vouchers.
