What's The Hot Air Balloon Dining Experience And What Does It Include?
The Hot Air Balloon Dining Experience is a pop-up that's landed, once again, at the Beaverbrook Hotel for the summer months. You and up to three other people can drink and dine in one of their beautiful hot air balloons, without leaving the ground, so don't worry if you're iffy with heights.
For this year's Flame & Flavour experience, Beaverbrook is elevating its hot air balloon dining concept with a new five-course Japanese-inspired menu created by Executive Development Chef Wojciech Popow.
You can settle into your own hot air balloon, sip refreshing cocktails inspired by Beaverbrook's blooming gardens (you get a complimentary welcome drink included in the price), and dive into a menu that includes:
- A botanical-inspired starter
- A tartar platter
- A seasonal salad
- An open-flame yakiniku barbecue
- An origami matcha pudding
