What's The Hot Air Balloon Dining Experience And What Does It Include?
The Hot Air Balloon Dining Experience is a pop-up that's landed, once again, at the Beaverbrook Hotel for the summer months. You and up to three people can drink and dine in one of their beautiful hot air balloons, without leaving the ground, so don't worry if you're iffy with heights.
This year, the hotel are celebrating the five-year anniversary of the balloon experience. To celebrate, their offering a Japanese Yakiniku Barbecue as part of the hot air balloon package.
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with a welcome cocktail curated by local distillers, Silent Pool Gin. This is followed by a four-course Japanese-inspired tasting menu led by executive chef, Wojciech Popow, that includes:
- A sushi and sashimi platter
- Seasonal salads
- An immersive, open-flame Yakiniku barbecue
- The Cloud's pudding
How Much Is Beaverbrook’s Hot Air Balloon Dining Experience?
There are different prices depending on the experience you opt for. Please see the different menu options below:
- Standard and pescatarian: £135 per person
- Vegetarian: £85 per person
- Standard and pescatarian menus with drinks pairings: £195 per person
- Vegetarian menu with drinks pairings: £145 per person
Each balloon can be booked out for up to four people, and you an even bring your dog if you want to treat them to a fancy day out.
