What they say:
Already a lush land for Picanha meat and churrascarria style dining in Liverpool and Leeds alike, Fazenda have announced their third plot, and in our fair Avenue no less. With 1,800 sq ft under their bulging dinner belt, Fazenda will boast a 178 strong restaurant, 50 cover outdoor terrace area, space for 40 suppers in their own cosmopolitan cocktail bar and three private dining rooms. South American inspired with a touch of the contemporary, Fazenda promise mouthwatering meats, served in a true Brazilian fashion: from a skewer, and right at your table.
What we say:
While Manchester does tote a churrascaria joint in the shape of Bem Brasil, this is something we've been hankering for. Boasting more of a deluxe Guacho-style dining experience and less the ruffling of neon feathers and Passistas, Fazenda will sit rather nicely amongst fellow newbie Iberica. And considering its only the third of its kind, and before London at that, it's great to see the continued independent restaurant resurgence. Oh, and we mentioned the strictly temperature controlled wine room didn't we?
