Manchester is in for a meaty treat as Ribeye Steakhouse will be opening its doors this June. Djafar Yousfi, the current head chef of Gran Cafe, will be taking the helm of the authentic grill-style eatery which will be housed in the expanding First Street development.
Promising a menu of succulent cuts from popular beef and top-quality suppliers, the restaurant will serve an eclectic menu with a prime focus on Wagyu, Creekstone and Aberdeen Angus. If you're heading over with veggie or vegan mates, fear not as they'll also have plenty to choose from. For dessert, Yousfi has enlisted an Italian pastry chef to add the perfect final touch to the dining experience.
The 140-cover restaurant is set to boast an additional outdoor seating area for 40 people, acting as a sun trap for Mancunians seeking dinner and some rays this summer. The bright interiors will also feature a mezzanine and open kitchen so you’ll be able to watch and smell every sizzling steak on the grill.
