One Hundred Shoreditch is excited to present Soulful Saturday Rooftop Yoga in partnership with KIHT Collective.
Join Soul Body by Phoebe on the rooftop for a morning of yoga in the sky, with views overlooking the city in the 100Room. Phoebe will guide you through a dynamic, opening and transformative flow. Working with backends to open the heart space and building strong foundations through core and lower body with dynamic transitions. Think Yang to Yin.
The yoga session will be taught with varying levels of difficulty to suit all yogis whether novice or advanced.
Tickets are £10 and all proceeds go towards our chosen charity partner Refuge

7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
