We’ve partnered with our good pal and powerhouse behind F*ck Being Humble, Stefanie Sword-Williams, to bring you Angry & Exhausted: How to Process Anger Without Burning Out. To celebrate Women’s History Month, we’re kicking off with a grounding session to help you navigate the invisible cognitive tax of living in a world that often feels unfair, triggering, and overwhelming.
Happening in East 2 on our rooftop from 6.30–8.30pm on 25 March 2026, join founder and author Stefanie Sword-Williams for a special live Q&A with trauma-informed somatic therapist Jaspreet Randhawa MRPharmS. This interactive session is designed to help women understand why anger isn’t something to suppress or feel ashamed of, but something to explore safely. Together, we’ll unpack what’s happening in the nervous system during difficult times and how to support ourselves through it.
Whether you’re quietly carrying frustration, burnout, or “what’s the point?” fatigue, this workshop will equip you with practical, accessible ways to process anger, restore energy, and navigate uncertainty without shutting down or overextending yourself.
In the session, we will cover:
- How to understand and work with anger instead of suppressing it
- Practical, everyday tools to move through difficult moments with steadiness and self-trust
- Ways to restore energy and protect your wellbeing in challenging times
- How to reconnect with your strength and find grounded ways to move forward
Your ticket will include:
- Arrival at 6.15pm with a 6.30pm start
- 60-minute interactive session with Stef and Jaspreet
- 30-minute live Q&A
- Self-reflective exercises and prompts
