New Year’s Eve Terms & Conditions Terms and conditions for ticket purchases: *** Physical Photo ID is required. No photocopies or photographs. *** 1. This ticket entitles the ticket holder to a single entrance before 1am. The Welcome prosecco reception are before 9.45 pm 2. It is advised to arrive early to avoid queuing times. We recommend arriving within the first half hour of doors opening to prevent long queues and enter the venue before midnight. Please be aware that the door may close for 10 minutes prior to midnight, during which time guests will be held at the door until it re-opens. Last entrance is 12.30am. 3. Only guests with table reservations or VIP tickets are entitled to express entrance - this may mean a separate queue or queue jump depending on the event.. 4. On arrival to the venue, please bring your e-mail confirmation either printed or on mobile ready to be scanned. Once you reach the front of the queue your information will be checked off by the door host for entrance. Photo ID is required at all venues. 5. The ticket holder must adhere to the venue’s entrance guidelines (age restrictions 18+, timings, dress code, intoxication, gender balance etc.) for full details contact the event manager or see xtevents.co.uk 6. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in refusal of admission. 7. Entertainment, timings, decorations, acts, performers, and themes are all subject to change. 8. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
