Spend a relaxed evening exploring the rich and diverse world of European artisan cheeses, with a delicious three-course dinner, followed by a very special guided tasting. Hosted by our Executive Head Chef, Joe Fox, together with the much loved and respected ‘master of cheese’ Eric Charriaux (also known as Raymond Blanc’s cheese man), the evening will celebrate the very best of Europe. From a chalky goat’s cheese made on a small farm in the Loire Valley, to a gentle and creamy Gorgonzola from Piedmont, six exceptional cheeses have been hand-selected from artisan producers across Europe. Each cheese will be paired with a drink that complements its unique flavour profile, including Sancerre, Spanish sherry, and a semi-sparkling dessert wine from Asti in Northern Italy. Perfect for cheese-lovers and connoisseurs alike, Eric will guide guests through the evening's offering, sharing his expert knowledge and passion for artisan cheese-making, discussing how different techniques to terroirs can shape the taste and character of the finished product.
Tickets include:
