Returning for summer 2022, Ham Yard Hotel will be hosting a series of summertime yoga and pilates classes on the hotel's leafy Roof Terrace in partnership with luxury health club, Third Space.
Set amongst olive trees and meadows of wild flowers with views over the rooftops of Soho, experience Third Space’s popular Dynamic Pilates and Vinyasa Flow yoga classes under the expert guidance of leading instructors.
Pilates - Saturday
Pilates is a blend of flexibility and strength training which improves posture and form and supports you with training, toning and recovery and in everyday life.
Vinyasa Yoga - Sunday
A flowing style of yoga that moves fluidly from one pose to the next using breath. Leave feeling energised, physically, mentally and spiritually, from this moving meditation.
Classes are followed by a healthy yet hearty buffet brunch on the roof terrace with sweeping views over the Soho skyline.
- £42 including 60-minute Pilates class on Saturdays / Vinyasa Yoga class on Sundays (open level for all abilities, mats will be provided) and buffet brunch on the Roof Terrace following the class. 9.15am arrival for a 9.30am start.
Please note, there are no showering facilities available.
